As occurred just months earlier at the Cambridge doubles tournament, Mike Hoffman and Ron Blanchar met Mike Christian and Justin Fryer in the title match. With the match being tied after the 8th frame, Hoffman and Blanchar went on to win 475 to 461. Hoffman dominated match play with games of 268, 269, and 275, for an 812 series. Hoffman and Blanchar each received $520 for the win while Christian and Fryer each received $260 for second place.

Thirty-five teams competed with the top eight making it to match play. It took +250 to advance out of qualifying and Christian and Fryer were the leading team with +368. Becky James had the high individual series of 1047, which included a 300. She will receive 25 extra bonus points for her accomplishment. Other honor scores include Hoffman's 812, a 300 by Bob Richardson, a 299 by Jeff Stevenson, and a 296 by Joey Kick.
